340 Squadron has been awarded 4th place in the annual Kent Wing Clarke Efficiency Trophy, narrowly missing out on 3rd.

The competition measures how successful the 36 squadrons in Kent Wing are in routine activities (including flying, gliding, aviation studies examinations, the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme and staff recruitment), against the number of cadets they have.

Being a relatively small squadron, our 4th placing shows just how busy and successful we were during 2008.
